The strength of the Lungarno Bistrot is our big kitchen where you can see the dishes come to life, it becomes a stage. The menu includes traditional Tuscan dishes, both meat and fish, and other regional cuisines. We make our own pasta, stuffed and not, and various types of bread that are also home made. From the menu you can choose dishes prepared with all the fresh raw material that you can find on the market, do not miss the “little tasting of appetizers”, which is composed of multiple samples of fish or meat combined with fresh seasonal vegetables. Among the first courses we have ravioli stuffed with potato in a mix of meat sauce ragout or cavatelli (short pasta) with mixed seafood (remember that all the pasta is handmade by our chef). Among the desserts (off course made by us) try the tartetatin of apples, hot chocolate soufflè or tiramisu made on order. The Lungarno Bistrot also offers two fixed price tasting menu’s that includes 6 courses of fish or our traditional tasting menu with water, dessert and coffee. The wine list, filled with almost a 100 labels, including the excellence of our Italian wine heritage but also with a whole section devoted to the symbols of French enology and the best Vintage Champagne.
